FWIW us Titans fans are not optomistic about this game. We have some injury issues and the team still sucks.

 

 

Of course we do have this going for us:

 

Titans fans know our defense is almost completely different now from the one that allowed that horrible play.

 

They also know we don't have a center known for snapping the ball over Blake's head.

Most people expected Jacksonville to win the AFCS after the draft. Then coaches reminded everyone how important their jobs are by making the same mistakes they did last year.

Caldwell should have went after Demarco Murray when he was a free agent but didn't, cus we cheap.

He did, and Murray decided to play with his best friend Sam Bradford in Philly.

This game has huge implications to keeping hopes of winning the division and keeping coaches/players jobs. Wish the stadium was open so they can let us Jag fans gather and watch the game together on the big jumbo screens. we need to be there supporting our team and show we care.

The thing is, the Titans really are not that bad.  I think Mariota fits nicely in their offense, with a strong running attack to take the pressure off him. The offensive line is good.  i

 

Losing Roy Miller hurts because of this run team. Hopefully Blake will wake up this game and play well. If, by some miracle, we can build an early lead, maybe they won't rely on their rushing attack so much. But I would count on it. (Us building an early lead, I mean.)

 

It's frustrating. With a few notable exceptions, there's a lot o youngf talent on this team. But if this season has taught me anything, it's not to get my hopes up.
