Weirdly excited for Jags-Titans on Thursday. Two teams with fun young players who don't get ton of pub. Winner can make a run at division.

At this point you are denying reality that Blake is almost certainly damaged goods. The odds are against him ever fixing his mechanics to the point where he doesn't revert to his old ways in high pressure situations(November-February football). Shad Khan does not care about winning. His ACTIONS(or lack thereof) speak louder than his WORDS that he expects a winner. 2-4 is not winning football, neither is 14-40. I would not be shocked if we go out on Thursday and get shut out with how this team behaved on Sunday, I think Gus has possibly lost the team. The odds are against us, traveling on a short week and playing on prime time vs our old coach we dumped for the same reason we have retained Gus( we don't blame Gus because he had no talent but we blamed and fired Mularkey based on 1 season with basically the level of talent????) and Gus is doing worse than Mularkey is now with arguably less talent. This isn't pessimism. 14-40, Mularkey with more wins than Gus this year, and a regressing QB is REALITY for our team.

I have never seen that as a way to describe a football game.
clowns vs clowns....how is that weirdly exciting?

I never saw that description either. Conor Orr probably means it is unusual for him to get excited about Jaguars/Titans games because both teams have been bad for years.
Every single season, the Jags get the least watched primetime game of the year. This will be no different.
This game will be ugly.... Just like all the other Thursday night games. Atleast the Jags didn't have to fight til the end like the Titans did last week. Maybe they pull it out. Who knows.

A 23 year old QB who threw for 35 TDs and 4400 yards (a season only accomplished ONCE in Aaron Rodgers career) is not repairable? Get out of here. Maybe by the Jags inept management and coaching. Belichick and Andy Reid would correct it in ONE week.

Umm.....Bortles has 54 TDs and 44 INTs in his career. Henne has 58 TDs and 63 INTs in his career. It's not even close to the same talent level.
