I will say this.  For his height, he's not as fat as Hillary Clinton.  

He's still fat, though.   Being overweight, 73, and working a very high stress job is not a good combination.   He needs to give up McDonald's and go on a diet and exercise program.

As you point out... if people don't like the guy, why complain he is killing himself?

Hes old, and doesn't have much muscle. Weight of older individuals can surprise you if you compare it to a man in his 30's. I often see people who weight the same as me but look much fatter. One of the reason I don't like BMI, its just a height weight chart, and the proportion of stuff in the weight is what really matters.
