You're most likely going to be very very disappointed.

I spend so much money on Amazon, that if I use my membership to blackmail Amazon, they will move wherever I demand.

You're most likely going to be very very disappointed.

His hope probably needs a timeline. I'm sure somebody that's long since dead and buried wished Sears would fail.

I sat in on the city's presentation to have the H2 here and Amazon made it clear the 2 things the look for in a city. 

Transportation infrastructure, and the quality of mass transit system. 

Tax break incentives. Amazon wanted to know how much a state will provide kickbacks since they are building the headquarters themselves.

If the city can just focus on expanding the skyway....

Ill just stop, sometimes JTA gets in their own way of things. Im just happy they are fixing roads that needed it for the longest time.

At least we can check the box that states, "Does your city have a metro rail system?"  - YES

I think we should have marketed the Hooters at the Landing and our 3-stop Water-Taxi a little more to the Amazon decision makers.
