I don't see any reason for Philadelphia to trade him. I know I am wrong b/c I read the ESPN article cited on Page 1 of this thread but...Wentz may not be ready and the Eagles' window is wide open for a back to back set of titles; Foles is cheap insurance; he's also "good" insurance and he is a known commodity to them and fits seamlessly into their system.
If he cost 19 million to keep for the year, that would be one thing but 5.5 million or whatever? Chicken feed. IMO, they would be crazy to get rid of him.
If I'm Philly, I keep him. They wouldn't be champs without him. Injuries are part of the game and you never know when they will hit. if you have two really good QB's on the roster and no real standout needs, you keep them as long as possible.

He's a free 2nd/3rd rd pick. They're going to get nothing for him next offseason and they really shouldn't be planning on using him for any meaningful playing time this season. A 2nd/3rd rd pick >>>>>>any kind of "insurance"
