Yeah, I have no idea why there are people so focused on replacing Poz with a high draft pick or high priced free agent.  Not counting the 2 games Telvin missed and the game he got injured in, Poz played on 35% of the defensive snaps.  Committing significant resources to 3 linebackers is not a smart team building strategy in today's NFL.  We need that nickel corner if Colvin (67% of defensive snaps) leaves.

Again, I really wouldn't look for his replacement until day 3 of the draft. I would be tempted if Roquan Smith fell to us, but ultimately, we need a QB, OG and TE before we even start looking at linebackers.
A lot might depend on how they rate Blair Brown.

If they’re comfortable with him as Poz’s backup then they may decide to wait another year before drafting his replacement.
