Ok so how does this work?
I've signed up as I've heard good things about it.
Do you follow other users (friends etc) or is it just threads like forums etc? (I think they're called Subreddits).
Also, does anyone have any advice on any particular "subreddits" to follow?
I understand these are based on my interests.. but I'm totally new to this whole concept..
I'm looking to see news on NFL, NBA, NCAA, Gaming (Xbox), WWE/Wrestling, UCF, Soccer, Music (punk rock, metal etc).
Lastly, if you post in these forums, do you get notifications to your phone when someone replies to your comment?
Apologies for what seems like a potentially laughable thread, but it's more foreign to me as the American use of my language..

I peruse the front page just about everyday, with an occasional jaunt into a subreddit. I’m not registered, though. There’s seemingly a subreddit for every subject on Earth, so I don’t think you’ll have any problem finding what you want.

I just meant that some Subreddits will be more active than others, naturally. So I was hoping to get pointed in the right direction with what ones to follow.
It seems as though I was already subscribing the last time I was signed in.. a fair while ago. I didn't realise that some of what I was following was NSFW and I was totally unaware.. probably shouldn't have looked on my works PC.. now most people in here think I'm a 30 something year old pervert.
Heck, who am I to tell them otherwise?

Follow r/SquaredCircle for WWE/Wrestling related news. I don't really use Reddit, so there may be more specific subs for things like TNA/ROH/New Japan and other promotions, though they likely aren't as active.

You subscribe to subreddits like r/jaguars or r/nfl or whatever tickles your fancy. There are some really deep and disturbing parts of Reddit so expect to click on something and it be something else and unexpected. Oh that's also a subreddit that's enjoyable.
Some of my favorites is r/WWE and r/SquaredCircle. I like the latter better because you can get into ALL leagues of wrestling vs. just WWE content. I also have subscribed to a lot of culinary related subreddits since cooking is my thing. And plenty of porn.

since as long as I have had highspeed internet I have had an unhealthy addiction with porn. I am trying to get over this now do to relationship issues it has contributed in and am giving it up. r/nofap is a group of people who have decided the same thing.
