I read the quote, it wasn't from The Drifter's linked article, where was it from and does it go into detail about the affidavits?

It was from the Palm Beach Post. It specifically states that FBI said their action would take a few weeks. They already had over a year to do something.
When seconds count the FBI is only minutes weeks away.

Define outright ban, and what you mean by most guns, then show me this list. If it's endless, you can stop at 50.
