This is only the beginning. They are likely to use criminal charges against McCabe to get to the bigger fish.

Had Trump not won, this would have been business as usual. Tax payers saved 1.8M this weekend. They should put that towards a few panels of the wall.

The criminal class is howling about McCabe. John Brennan violated the 4th Amendment against every American citizen then lied about it under oath. But he is not culpable, because he insisted on being sworn in on an original copy of the Constitution which included none of the Bill of Rights or other Amendments. Brennan did not swear to uphold the Bill of Rights. Obama used a similar parlor trick during his Inauguration and was never actually sworn in as President.

McCabe and Comey have become absolutely triggered over this on social media. Comey already pitching his book. These guys are going down!!

They don't use the Constitution for the ceremony and everyone knows Obama used the Koran.

Both items are a matter of historical record. Wikipedia claims Obama was sworn in the next day in a private ceremony, but that would not count, as the oath must be public.

He's still obligated to follow the law, and he 's still not allowed to violate the rights of others.

He may or may not get away with it, but it doesn't have anything to do with what he swore on.

It doesn't matter if he was sworn in on a roll of Charmin, the Oath is what matters, not some book or scroll. Obama took the oath a second time, in the presence of reporters and a photographer (you know, the public) because his legal counsel advised him that Justice Roberts' errors the first time could give conspiracy theorists ammunition in the future to claim that Obama was never sworn in. Prophetic they were.

Hey, just because Big Orange has to lie - all the time - doesn't mean you have to also. Show me any "leftist" posts I've made.

I understand your embarrassment regarding Donald and your need to deflect, but the fact is I'm a conservative Republican who just happens to not want a dim-witted, self-absorbed con man as my president. Especially when there are so many qualified people in public life.
