He also does a weekly Q&A on the Jaguars Reddit page.

Come to think of it, why doesn't he do that on our site?...

Fewer numbers here.  I'll invite him to check it out though.  He has reached out to me via DM before due to a mutual acquaintance. Maybe we'll see a contribution from him occasionally. Worth asking I guess.

I think that would be a cool to do. Maybe bring some more life to the board.

I'll see what I can do.

BTW - on topic:
Kaye lists these guys as "potential targets at 29":

Moore WR
Goedert TE
McGlinchey OT
Hernandez OG

That's what led me to examine DJ Moore closely.  A good link.
I was talking to him today trying to see what his reasoning was for WRs.  I just don't see first round talent from any of these guys, so it's not enough for me to push one of our guys down to WR5 on the depth chart.  He responded a few times.

I agree with him about roles vs a set line-up putting someone on the bench.  I'm just not sold on taking a guy that high at the position given the current roster.
Of course - one bad injury or major drop in play-level from one of the top four - and the pick would seem brilliant.

If the WR talent pool was much stronger towards the top, then I'd definitely consider it, but it's not.  I don't think these guys offer much more than what we have now.

As far as a WR at 29 - I agree with you.
Because I think an upgrade at RG or TE has more immediate impact for the offense than a WR there.
It just hinges on the receiving corps staying mostly healthy, Moncreif being productive from the X, and Lee looking like he did against Seattle last year more often. Do-able, but not a sure thing.  It's the only reason I wouldn't absolutely hate a WR at #29 even though it's really not what I want to see.

Given Caldwell's knack for finding receiver talent later and the money spent on Lee/Moncreif, I think they intend to wait to draft a receiver unless one they value very highly falls to them unexpectedly.

Exactly.  I'm all for drafting a WR for the reasons you and Kaye outlined, but just not in the first round.
I'm digging Kaye's selections
