I think we've narrowed down the selections for the Jags being someone of the following groups:
QB
WR
TE
OL
With that said, the Jags are picking later than they have in decades and the pool of players are about as wide open as it will ever be. Who would be the pick that you think would be unexpected?
Quarterback. That would be the position I least expect in the first round.

I think we can expect the Jaguars to draft the best player available. Your list notes most of the likely options the Jaguars will look at to quench the desires of needs-based draftniks.
What might be unexpected?
1. A trade up to the top three to draft a QB.
2. A trade up to the seven to twelve range in order to draft "that missing piece of the puzzle".
3. Some kind of trade back garnering multiple picks...say a top ten second and a third round pick and/or two second round picks each below the top ten second round slots.
4. How about picking Derrius Guice? That would be splendid.
5. Lamar Jackson would be a real surprise. Bortles is actually good running the football. Blake has a lot more experience in the pros, so I doubt Jackson is really in the minds of Jaguars' brass. There's no real upgrade. No contrasting style of play that can be used to justify going away from Bortles.
6. I would be totally surprised if Bortles and our first are sent to New York in exchange for Eli Manning and Odell Beckham, Jr.
Any cornerback or safety in the early rounds would be a surprise, but not impossible. We might feel we can get a good quality slot safety on a cheap rookie contract or a cheaper replacement for Church or Gipson.
I also really think we need another running back to backup Fournette and to eventually replace Yeldon. So maybe someone on day two ?

I agree with this.
Even though the team spent a lot of money on Hayden, I'm certainly not sold on him.
If there is a run on the OL before our pick, and a guy like Alexander is there, I could see the Jaguars drafting a CB in the first.
Picking Guice or something at 29 would be pretty surprising, so would taking a 3 tech DT or a LB.
I like the Hurst call to replace Dareus/Malik when they become cost prohibitive in a year or two.
I would nominate Josh Sweat to replace Fowler.
I will also once again bang the table for Equanimeous St. Brown being the perfect, but surprising, WR fit in the 2nd if he's there.
Again due to his med condition, it would shock me if the Jaguars drafted TE Mark Andrews.
On the off-chance that other teams actually do realize Josh Allen is crap and he falls, I'd hope the Jaguars realize the same and pass.
Any DL, CB or RB would shock me.
Any WR not named Sutton or Ridley would mildly surprise me.
A Safety, and especially a SS, would have me scratching my head.
A big OT would surprise me... I can see a smaller guy who can start out at RG, but a McGlinchy or Kolton Miller would surprise me.
Antonio Callaway in the mid rounds. He’s not talked about by the fan base really but I think it’s possible they take him.

Not sure I can get behind ESB because I have no clue how to pronounce his first name. Lol
Calvin Ridley.
Caldwell and Coughlin love recievers + the front office loves SEC/big school talent.
