NFL.com only says he has an Achilles tendon injury. Was he able to walk to the sideline without assistance? I hope it is not too bad.

Awwwww, jaguar player got hurt, happens every year when you have the vacation attitude
He was able to walk to the soft serve ice cream machine without assistance so we got that going for us.
Looked at his most recent tweets. Doesn't sound very rosey.

Did he tear it?

Not sure but I hear that Dave had a tear or two today.
Roy Miller is actually a solid NT.  If you think Jags suck now, wait until you see how the D gets run over without Miller in there.

Not that it makes that much of a difference in the big scheme of things.  Jags weren't going to win with him playing anyway either.

DT, not NT. We play a 4-3 defense.

If you think about it,  Roy Miller is never named as one of the defensive players who sucks and needs to be cut on this forum. It is like people don't even pay attention to him.

The Jaguars could have won if they played much better and did not lose their heads. It was a team-wide loss. We will find out next week how bad losing Miller is.

He plays the NT position in the Jags scheme.  You can call it whatever you want, but the Jags don't play a true 4-3 defense when they have a "Leo" and "Big End".  It's a hybrid 4-3/3-4.  Miller is often called the NT in the Jags DL rotation, with Abry Jones the backup NT.

In any case, Miller is the primary run-stuffer on the D-line, so without him clogging up the middle, things are going to be a lot more porous.

That is bad news for a team that plays on the road only five days later. Abry Jones needs to play his best game ever Thursday night.

You obviously don't watch the Jaguars if you didn't know that Miller plays NT. True Jaguar fans would know that Miller plays NT.
