D.J Moore kind of reminds me of Steve Smith with his frame. Short, stout and not afraid to get physical. I am not saying he'll go onto be a 1,000+ catch / 14,000+ yard type of receiver in the NFL but just his style of play seems to be a nice fit for our offense. Short plays, RAC ability, deep ball ability and a good run blocker. Just seems to me that we would get more value there with Moore at 29 in comparison with Sutton's style of play.

If I saw Steve Smith's ability to get deep...his vertical explosiveness...I'd be open to Moore.

But in the stuff I've seen, I haven't seen that in Moore.

Similar build?  Yes.  But to me he's more an underneath guy.
