Florida woman busted for calling 911 to get beer

A Florida woman was arrested on Friday after cops said she falsely called 911 claiming a medical emergency, when she was just thirsty.

It turns out that Jennifer Sue Roberts' emergency was a need for beer, WFLA-TV reported, citing an arrest affidavit.

If this isn't an emergency then i do not know of one.

In the Netherlands we have a phone number we can call if we need to call the police but it's not an emergency. Maybe Florida needs something similar.

We have a non-emergency number here in Maryland where I live but I don't think they'll deliver beer

There is a non emergency line but they aren't bringing you beer.
