Like many other fitness-minded young professionals, a 25-year-old Boston resident named Cameron adheres to a fairly typical preworkout routine. There’s the 20 minutes of stretching, generally followed by some light cardio.

This actually works. I know from personal experience. When I spent a few weeks up in Colorado with some friends I was doing it quite a bit before weight lifting and hiking. I found myself focusing more on my time under tension, my breathing and my form when under the barbell or performing heavier weight movements in general. Hiking wise I just felt more relaxed and comfortable despite being in a higher altitude and going up steep inclines and jagged rocks. My body also recovered better after sleeping.

Good [BLEEP]. But when you do it. Avoid Indica. It'll put you in the couch. LOL. I was actually eating 15 milligrams of mostly Sativa strains or a Hybrid strain and then I would take a few hits of another Sativa strain and then I would head to the gym or out for a hike with everybody. I would never condone an "illegal" act but in this situation. And depending on the location. Go for it. And yes, you will indeed get the munchies. Which is great after a workout or long cardio session anyways. Just eat healthy.
