We need a new coaching staff and possibly a new QB Bortles has done nothing but gotten worse. Doesn't call protections or audible just waits forever and predictably snaps the ball and panics. We turned it over once so now he's scared to throw it down field even though the last time we did we got PI.
Don't run another down until we are ahead.

When a head coach is 12-36 going into his fourth year it's hard to find a coordinator that will want to get himself into that whole mess.
