Sound like to me the Judge was a liberal at his last court hearing

Repeat-Offender Who Killed 4 Children Was Given Pass On Probation Violation

The man who took four children hostage and then murdered them all during a 21-hour standoff with police on Monday should not have had guns, and should have been in jail.

So if a judge grants probation to an offender who then commits a heinous crime, the judge must have been a liberal. Wonderful logic.
