Years ago he had a young couple, who had only been together for a few weeks, as guests when the girlfriend revealed to the man that she was really a he. Before the shoe dropped, they had the guy describe why he liked 'her' and bashfully described how he was totally smitten. It was horrifying.

I had almost no respect for Jerry Springer then, afterwards I hoped he would be hit by a bus.
