The "Fowler too" part confirms that it's a suspension for week one of the regular season. Suspended players are allowed to practice and play throughout the preseason so he'll still be there for the joint practices against Diggs and Thielen.

It’s a team suspension not a league suspension. The team can impose the suspension at any time.

Ramsey is in trouble for the tweets he sent after the incident. Fowler, I am not sure what. Maybe the late hit was really bad? Or causing 2 fights in practice in a day was excessive?

Coughlin continues to put his stamp on our team. He sent a message that you don't post/advertise inside issues via outside media. Ramsey even bolstered, during the fight, that whomever was recording to stop recording the incident but he tweeted about the fight...

Fowler is now suspended this week for the fight. Ramsey is suspended this week for his tweet after the fight.
