Last Night Dezel Ward went to tackle low while trying to keep his helmet up and as a result, he was bent back and injured his back.  Instead of his body position bent over he found himself in a bent back position that caused the offensive player to force his head back bending his back backward in a dangerous position that caused an injury that looked worse then it was. It could have been a career ending injury!  I hope the league noticed a problem that needs to be addressed.  In my opinion, the rule should only apply to a player targeting with his helmet to head or chest of the opposing player. This rule needs to be carefully evaluated and addressed before the season starts.
the nfl continues to make the game LESS safe in order to make it "more safe"

all because of the no bump n run and all of this no touch that results in high speed collisions

this new helmet rule is an absolute joke that needs to be fixed... you cant NOT lead a tackle with your head, you are supposed to not make first contact with your head but you always have to lean toward the person you are trying to tackle and then move your head out of the way

the NFL continues to be oblivious
NFL Network reported that Browns coaches were saying his back injury was just muscle spasms and is no big deal.
