Hi, Jaguars fans!
Our 2018 Jacksonville Jaguars both begin their 24th NFL Regular Season and defend their 2017 AFC South Divisional Title, as they are up the Atlantic Coast to play the New York football Giants for the first time since the 2014 NFL Regular Season . Doug Marrone also starts his second NFL regular season as the Jaguars Head Coach.
New York Giants is the first of four teams the Jaguars play this season between NFC teams, and both are meeting and playing their seventh all-time regular game. Both teams are tied at 3 games apiece, but Jacksonville outscored the New York Giants in their three games with 91 over 76 points.
Josh Scobee kicked the game-winning 43-yard field goal, with 28 seconds remaining in the fourth quarter, to help the Jaguars defeat the N.Y. Giants by the score of 25-24 at EverBank Field, back on November 30, 2014.
Current Jaguars Executive Vice President Of Football Operation Tom Coughlin returns to MetLife Stadium, where he helped the New York Giants win two Super Bowl Championships, Super Bowls XXV, andXLII, while was the New York Giants Head Coach between 2004 through 2015.
Cloudy Skies and showers at 64 degrees, feels like 63 degrees, is the game forecast inside MetLife Stadium, for the 1:05 P.M. Eastern Standard Time kickoff, along with 35% precipitation, 66% humidity, and east/northeast winds at 11 miles per hour.
