IIRC, this past weekends games had one where I remember some team calling a guy up the day before the game and he was making plays....
I noticed watching other week 1 games that there were quite a few players cramping up. Makes you wonder whether limiting playing time in the preseason has its downsides.

I honestly think with how tough our OTA's and mini camp are, in comparison to the rest of the league, resting one preseason game probably doesn't have a huge impact. Teams like the rams who didn't play starters for most of the preseason I could see it, but not so much us.
