Reich not concerned about Andrew Luck's velocity

Frank Reich dismissed concerns about Andrew Luck's arm after the QB underthrew a few deep passes Sunday against the Eagles. Through three games, Luck owns a 5.5 air-yards per pass average.

Apparently they are going with "Brissett was better able to buy time for the Hail Mary and that's why he was in for it"
