Just watch the Vikings last two games and the QBs talents are night and day.

Oh, they’re not. That’s why they’re not paid the same. Are they on markedly different tiers? Ehhhhhh... Reference my older post with their stats. That’s not even including W/L or playoff appearances or records against greater than .500 teams (of which Kirk’s is abysmal)

There's a reason most of the routes Jax runs for him are crossers and back shoulder fades on the sideline. They're safe. They don't want him using his head too much.

Cousins took some really bad Redskins teams and made them respectable. Let's not pretend that those 10 wins Blake got last year he did anything special. Put him on Washington where he is asked to win games by himself like Kirk was, and Washington is in the top 3 constantly.

Every route in the in the route tree is available with Cousins, not so much Blake.

Cousins has made a lot of really, really good throws this year. Blake can't do this.

I'd say Seattle is an example of him doing plenty at least.

It is quite funny you have the nerve to call someone dumb.

Bortles is not even half as good as Cousins. And in case you haven't noticed this is a team game, Cousins has been great this season, Blake is the same old garbage.

Just like your posts, same old garbage.
Here's a little perspective for everyone. Jags are still unanimously in the top 7 of every ppwerranking I can find. So everyone that is crying, whining, and saying the season is doomed, realize it was only one game and calm down a bit.

Whyners gonna Whyne
Some more perspective. This time last year we had lost Arob and that is it.
This year? LF has played 3 quarters.
Cam Robinson, done.
Lee, done.
Hayden has missed 3 games.
ASJ has been playing hurt and is now shut down for most of the season....

And we're still 3-2 so deep breath.

Also... the Cousin fandwagon is hilarious.
Dude is being paid Aaron Rodgers money and might be better than Bortles but still isn't an elite QB that you pay that elite money to.
At some point, they are gonna have to pay Diggs, Thielen, and a few studs on D too.
We'll see how good they are lookin in two years -- whereas we will (at worst) have a good QB on a rookie deal with a stellar D still or (at best) have a QB that is managing good enough that we're consistently in the playoffs with a stellar D (and a cap that is not in bad shape)

To each their own though. Some people would rather throw the bank at Cousin and Bell and then blame the front office in a couple years when they are in cap hell and won as much or less as a cap mindful team.

you forgot
Grant Gone for the year
Ramsey Playing hurt first couple games
Wells out (on our 3rd string LT)
Linder Playing hurts missed 3/4 of jets game
And the coaches are performing completely terrible

RBB5 will be fine we need to fix the OL and coaching first

I wasn't factoring anything that happened in game this past Sunday... but yeah...

point being, the injury bug got us a bit more than last year. And we've managed.

This team will have to weather a bit of a storm here. But if they make it to the BYE with a winning record perhaps all is not lost.
OL (whoever the 5 are) are going to HAVE to block better.
Bortles has to play better.
And to a point you made at the end there... coaches have to get it together. I think they've been over thinking a bit
But I don't know the actual play calls and what reads are supposed to be what and what checks are being made at the line....

Might be better? LOL.

Bortles wouldn't be starting on other teams.
No one has asked for Bell, that would be a waste of money just like Bortles.
We will have a good rookie QB? Really? What's his name? Because we've had so many of them, right?

Your reading comprehension leaves a lot to be desired.

I'd rather get handled by KC in Arrowhead than by Buffalo at home...

I didn't watch the game so I am doing the box score scouting that I don't like, but Cousins was 40 of 55 (72%) for 296 yards 1 TD and 1 INT against Buffalo. That doesn't scream godawful to me.

But moreso I'd rather look at the rate+ stats over the course of the season instead of trying to cherry pick one game...and hey look Cousins is, for the 5th year in a row, above average to way above average across the board. And Blake is still a little above or a little below average, and not standout in anything.

It's not a close fight between the two.
