The main difference right now, expectations. We almost made the Super Bowl last year. Knowing that and the way we've played a few games causes the knee jerk reactions (myself included) because we know how good we can be. The other major difference, injuries.... We have had soooo many more this year and it's mostly on the offensive side (or all really lol).
I hate that we lost Grant. He is a guy that win us a ball game or 2 with his quickness. He was putting a whoopin on the Patriots linebackers in the title game. He had a nice fake punt run that got us going last year. He is just sooo quick.

A road, out of Conference game has little impact on playoff chances
