I was thinking about this past game and our RB situation a bit and something came to mind.  Why do we not use Tommy Bohanon more in not only the run game but also the pass game?  I'm talking more about short yardage situations and red zone situations.  I know he's not going to break a big run out or catch some deep pass, but if we need 1 or 2 yards it seems his size could be a weapon.

I realize that a FB isn't the "in thing" to utilize, but the team has had some success using him in the past.  Thoughts?
You mean if it's 3rd and 1, why not run a big dude up the middle and use the 2 downs to get a single yard ? That would be way too easy.

Toby disagrees, only that was 4 tries.  Multiple other tries from 3rd and 1
Better off to just QB sneak it than use a fullback for a 1 yard run.

He doesn't have the skillset to be a receiver other than dumpoffs here and there when he's wide open.

Our running backs are averaging 3 yards before contact so probably best to just stick with that
