4-6 Weeks. I'd put him on IR

No big loss, really. He's done nothing of note except fail to get under a few punts he should have fielded for better position.

Re-sign Greene and put Westbrook back there next week if Greene isn't ready to go for some reason.

Yep, I am with this plan. Moncrief is wasting our time out there. It was subtraction by addition with him.

 They may be rapidly approaching a point where you don't worry about that stuff (Westbrook) so much, but like we both said:

I doubt he'd have any issues getting up to speed and he's probably already been on the phone with his agent today.

They have so many walking wounded you can't afford to carry him on the 53, and I don't think you designate him as a guy to return. Those slots are too valuable and Greene can step right in.

I was optimistic he'd at least be average for us. That optimism is long gone at this point.

I almost forgot about the Lee signing. That was was even worse. We paid a lot for an "average" receiver.
