Olson was also his coordinator as a rookie as well when he threw for 3300 yards, 21 TDs and 12 INTs. 

But, yeah... it's really not helping him right now. He did better under Musgrave.

Bortles had a good year under Olson at well.  Then it gets pretty predictable and not very creative

I think the game has passed Gruden by... kinda of like some staffs I can think off (Looking at you Mike Murlarkey). Ten year contract. Ouch! At least we aren't them.
