Made a couple of defensive picks, but mostly focused on offense. Not really realistic, since I don't think Hockenson falls to the second round. But none of these drafts are realistic anyway.
Two tight ends - competition and depth for the OL -a potential starting FS - and a RB#2

I said I got every pick in the 6th round, not a 6th round pick in the 1st round!

Useless/pointless were the adjectives I had in mind.
I actually haven't seen any mock simulator that doesn't make it way too easy, but that one with the trades is just stupid.
An attempt to do a First-Pick draft that's NOT ridiculous (but with Trades)
Your Picks:
Round 1 Pick 16 (CAR): Hockenson, T.J., TE, Iowa (B+)
Round 2 Pick 6: Harry, NKeal, WR, Arizona State (A)
Round 3 Pick 5: Jenkins, Elgton, OG/C, Mississippi State (A+)
Round 3 Pick 13 (CAR): Prince, Isaiah, OT, Ohio State (A+)
Round 3 Pick 34 (COMP): Hill, Justice, RB, Oklahoma State (A+)
Round 4 Pick 7: Thorson, Clayton, QB, Northwestern (A+)
Round 6 Pick 5: Cheevers, Hamp, CB, Boston College (A+)
Round 7 Pick 22: Johnson, Chris, FS, North Alabama (A)
Made just one trade down to pick up an extra 3rd round pick (seems feasible)

I like it. I am a Thorson fan and I think he is going to surprise people.

This would be an amazing draft. Not only did you get the best q.b., but you also landed the best safety- in my opinion. After the 1st 2 rounds, you addressed immediate needs at tight end, tackle, receiver and running back. Unfortunately, after Haskins' workout yesterday there is no way he lasts til pick 7. The Giants' staff had a hard time containing their excitement despite the smokescreens they've been sending out.

2 starters in the first two picks. Nelson is like 6'7 290, a very talented big end replacement for Calais.
Henderson is a luxury version of Grant. You might say it's overkill in the RB room but he's Chris Johnson esque.
Rypien could be a steady game manager type and has gotten better each season.
Lindstrom is probably a top 100 pick when all is said and done..one of the best run blockers in CFB.
Thompson is an older prospect who's been pretty productive despite injury last year. Big frame, good hands.
This one, I like.
NH3...
Did Lindstrom tear his ACL? How is he lasting until the 6th round?

That mock is from November and that simulator still has Lindstrom available in the third half the time. LOL
