It'll be interesting to see him start officially on Sunday. With Robinson out and Ngakoue out I am hoping they get Fournette going early to give our defense a break and give Minshew a chance to breath a bit.
I think he'll be fine. I really do. I don't expect him to go 22/25 again for 275. But I expect to see him move the ball at a decent enough level to score points. And I expect him to telegraph interceptions, etc.
Either way. Fixing to be a long 10 weeks ahead for us fans. Trying to remain optimistic as much as possible. But it's hard when you have to also remain realistic.
If they can give us a 4 - 4 record or better. I'll take it. I just don't want to see this defense give in so easily with that "woe as me' bull [BLEEP] on the field when it's not going their way. Suck it up. That's what an elite defense is supposed to do. Unless, you know, maybe they're not as elite as they've been painted out to be.
