Ramsey's attitude isn't making his teammates play poorly. That's just silly, IMO.

Maybe there are some quarterbacks motivated by Ramsey's talk. That's about the only sensical part of that statement.
Vic has a good reputation around Jacksonville, but he was wrong a lot more than people care to remember.
Ramsey holds himself to a higher standard than anyone else. He expects the best from himself, and presumably, he holds others to a higher standard too. I can't imagine he's a distraction when I'd bet money on him keeping his teammates (at least on defense) accountable. He doesn't want to go out there a bust his [BLEEP] while others don't.
