Can someone post the play and explain what Ngaukwe was doing.
i saw that too. he was looking for a pitch with no one there for the pitch. he was the one on ben
To me it looks like he was covering the underneath shovel pass to Vance McDonald. If you watch, Ngaukwe sees out of the corner of the eye Vance McDonald pulling underneath and Roethlisberger has two options, run it in or shovel it to McDonald. With Ngaukwe shuffling between Roethlisberger and McDonald, the only option is to run it in.

This is correct.  Personally, I thought it was a run pass (to a WR) option for Ben and didn't even realize it was a shovel pass option until I watched one of the NFL post game shows at night.

Correct.

Yannick played it correct.

Thought Jack could have read it a step sooner.
Jack should’ve been able to light Big Ben up before he got in. Ben made a little juke and Jack whiffed and only was able to grab legs.
Yan did his job well on the play, took away the easy shovel pass the play was designed for. It wasn't a designed QB keeper. But I feel like we had a couple guys who were slow to come up and make a play, likely in fear he'd toss it over their heads into the EZ.
If we're trying to place blame on the defense (where it really doesn't belong, yet again) Gip biting on the double move was way worse than anything...

That or Telvin Smith getting absolutely worked in coverage (after apparently letting Ben know how many INTs he was throwing after each one) while also getting late hit penalties.

Never mind that was Jack.
We were beat the moment this coaching staff decided to stick with the running game knowing damn well the defense was going to adjust to it. No lead is the safe in the NFL.

Ben played like horse [BLEEP] yesterday and he got bailed out. Tomlin called it though. He flat out said that if they stopped our running game in the 2nd half that they wouldn't be able to score on them again. He was right.

We got out coached. Again. And if this staff doesn't trust Bortles with his arm to protect leads in the 2nd halves of games he needs to sit his [BLEEP] down on the bench.
In one post game interview, Big Ben credited the Jaguar defense on that play, saying they had taken away his first four options, leaving only one - to run. Myles Jack just missed the tackle.
