They never call it though. In some interview with they head of officiating a few years ago, they said those used to be 5 yard penalties, but now they have basically be egregious to be called.
I think it is ridiculous. No defensive player or lineman gets away with that, why should RB or WR's?
I thought that one was pretty egregious. He clearly pulled on it to help get by Bouye.
