I read it this morning. It was interesting. The ncaa's comments were stupid. Mac's comments were very telling. From the moment Mac got to UF, he didn't like Grier. Why? I think it was Grier's dad. I got the feeling it was like the Urban Meyer and Josh Portis situation.

Still wonder if there is more to the story. Just seems incredibly odd that Mc comes in and just doesn't like him. But yeah Grier's dad being the huge head case he was, that's the only thing I can think of. Wouldn't be surprised if he was bugging the [BLEEP] out of the staff all the time.
Grier was going to be great, and still could be... just not with UF. Will definitely be watching him (pun intended) next time he starts.

Interesting read. I think the truth lies somewhere in between. I do think them questioning whether he would recruit quarterbacks was kind of odd. Of course he would. Why would he ever put his program in jeopardy like that?
