There may not be, but the Jags just lost out on the 1 guy who can be a franchise quarterback. If Haskins is gone when they pick which is now almost certain, they may want to go for the BAP and then trade back up for a quarterback

Yeah. The fact that they put Bortles in is crazy, too. If they cared about winning why did they ever put Kessler in for weeks, anyway? It has been clear for weeks that Bortles is seriously better.

This win has made Christmas a bit better. Hopefully we can close the season with 2 straight wins

No QB in this draft is worth tanking for. Haskins isn't Luck.

We might miss out on Grier but Lock is a great consolation prize
I'm sure Haskins will be there when we pick but is that the guy we want?
Giants probably take Grier so we can pick from Haskins, Herbert, and Lock
To think Haskins is even close to Lockk as a prospect comedy gold. A few on here though thought Teddy was the next Manning, Brady, Montana though so it doesnt surprise me lol

I like Haskins as a prospect. Gotta love the comp%. But to think he is an obvious star seems crazy to me. Couple that with the fact some of the people on here who love haskins the most also thought Kessler was better than Blake is somewhat telling.

not on this board. People thought it was only Blake that was this franchise's ills, but we have found out that he is by far the better QB on this team. Kessler at best, is a 3rd string QB,, trash. BB may not be the best thrower or QB, at all, but he is better than what we have so far. with our cap issues next year it might be better to keep him and make him a back-up to whoever we draft, mostly for his leadership and running capabilities. And of course, his toughness. But for this board, if he doesn't walk on water, its a complete bust. Remember how many times there were posts saying he doesn't block, tackle, stand over players getting 15-yard penalties, drop passes, but a lot of people were saying it was all on him. We need a complete enema and maybe he can stay after the garbage has been removed and somewhat better team members return to the team. i know I'm wishful thinking, but at least we can at least hope for the best!

I wouldnt dislike it if we took Haskins. But to think he is on par with Luck as a prospect is comical. It's even arguable if hes even 1 of the top 2 QB prospects in this draft. There have been a number of QBs to have a great year in college in then not have such a good year the following. So doing it just 1 year in a weak conference is just 1 of the concerns, not evening counting all the others

There has been tons of blame assigned (in varying degrees) to the O-Line, the HC, the OC and even receivers all season long by the most of this board.
