Just figured we'd keep a discussion going on the coaching carousel here - since the Jags will be on the hunt for a new OC at the very least.

Caldwell is the hot topic right now as he interviews for an HC spot:

In other coaching news:

• Koetter is reportedly "almost surely done" in TB (OC candidate?)
  
• Harbaugh to Jets rumor being denied by Jets - not credible
  
• Gruden fired his S&C coach in Oakland
  
• Vance Joseph is on a very, very hot seat in Denver
  

Mike Tannenbaum seems on the way out in Miami. Adam Gase may be out as well (Also an OC candidate?)

I've heard that Dirk is likely staying in Tampa. My buddy tells me that's the rumor with the local guys

Seems like a lack luster line up this off season TBH. Nothing has been said yet about McCarthy or McDaniels?

Maybe Koetter would be good to have back here as an OC. Might as well double down on retreading and hire Mike Smith as the DC too. I have a feeling those two would have some epic practices together strategy wise after Koetter fired him this mid season. LOL.

If we thought we had a injury problem, doing this may result in a death of some of our offensive lineman or QB's during a practice. 

Mike Smith: "bring 8, all out blitz"
D captain: "coach they are in shotgun spread"
Mike Smith: "Your right, Goal line package and bring everyone, tee off on them"

Lol, yeah, and lets bring back the old gang, JDR and Mike Smith.  Cover 2 zone bend but don't break D and FG offense.

Adam Gase & Vance Joseph officially out. Hopefully Gase is an OC option for us.
