But who and from where? That's the issue. Without giving the new guy final say, we're not going to get someone from another team, and that's where the promising up and comers are. Unless Coughlin really believes in Chris Polian, which wouldn't surprise me too much, I just don't see the benefit in firing your head scout.

I am not engaged enough to know the who, but am reasonable enough to k ow a change can be made without taking a step backward.
At least we're not risking a win and losing the draft position battle.

He’s not even the worst QB on the roster. Relax.

This is the scary part..
Bortles qbr must be under 46. Here is a link to the current leaders for today. On a positive note, we are 2nd in punting so far today

Have a safe flight and happy New year to you!
WOW!

NH3...
k i'm closing the season there. Not watching anymore. What a bummer. Team folded like a cheap tent when injuries happened.

The jury on Fournette is out for me still. Fred was banged up for his first few years to the point that there was talk of trading him, but a little patience did us well. If someone offers us a Trent Richardson trade for him this offseason, yeah, bye. If not, give him one more season to get his head screwed on straight and his vision improved. It's not like his contract is crippling. If his attitude sucks, he reports out of shape or he just looks lost, some GM out there would still give up a third-round pick for him next summer. Grigson's an assistant in Seattle. Just saying.
My 5 year old has better instincts than Hyde.
Can’t be mad anymore guys and gals.

Detroit up 21 and Rodgers out.
Bills up 14.
Bucs up 10.
Jags losing.

And we moving on uuuuuup.
I mentioned earlier, this is Bortles 76th career start. He is 26-49.

Looks like hell be leaving with a 50 burger.
Tre Herndon got TRUCKED.

No one else needs a QB besides the giants. This only helps so much.

Where does this put us?

We will still need to give up picks to move up or someone else will jump us.

I say trade Jalen and LF to accumulate picks to help us do just that.
Looks like we’re picking 5th if teams keep playing as they are right now.
Interesting fact mentioned by Boselli on the radio broadcast.........Houston has every first round pick since 2010 still on their roster. The Jags have 3

The difference? Fred averaged 4.6, 4.6, and 4.8 yards a carry in his first 3 seasons.

Fournette can’t get over 4 and averages 3.3 this year. 3rd worst in the league.
BB5 throws a slow ball.

5th would be great. Too bad there’s no good QBs coming out
