I think the trade down of a top 3 team who would pick Jonah Williams makes a ton of sense, although I see no way Murphy goes before Greedy Williams, or for that matter, a CB going 2nd overall.

More Haskins to Jags - this time via trade.
Makes sense.

There is a lot I like about Haskins.

I believe he has the potential  to be the best QB ever produced by Ohio State.

He has good size, arm strength, accuracy, and decent mobility.

My question is his lack of experience.   Will he benefit by sitting a year? Can the Jaguars afford to draft a QB in the first and not have him start?
I'd be happy.

I think he could be ready to play after the bye, but I'm just basing this on my gut having watched 6 cut-ups of the kid and reading a few articles. Listened to an interview with him on a nat'l radio show recently as well and really liked what he had to say.  I don't think the film work and playbook digestion are going to be stumbling blocks.

The experience has to be a consideration, but I think a smart OC could get a playbook together for the kid that gives him the potential to start at some point in his rookie year.
Trade up for Haskins, or sit at 7 and take Metcalf? I don't know who this is but those are my two perfect scenarios.
Is Jonah predicted fo be a Joe Thomas like LT? Or is he one of those prospects would could develop into a LT but if not you get a RT out of it?

If the former, if Haskins isnt there at 7, I'd jump all over Jonah and then move Cam to RT. Although not sure the likelihood he would fall to 7 if someone like us wasnt trading up to get a QB such as in this mock draft.

Based upon what I've read so far, I think it's the latter proposition.

I believe if he were a Joe Thomas level prospect at the 2nd most important position on offense, he'd be a consensus top 5 pick.

That said, it is still insanely early in the process.  The all star games, combine, and individual workouts, etc. could change things.
