I can dig it.
I'm all for it as long as his health isn't an issue. Per Wikipedia:

Baltimore Ravens (2014)

On January 27, 2014, Kubiak signed with the Baltimore Ravens to be their new offensive coordinator.[38] He served one season under John Harbaugh, replacing Jim Caldwell, who signed as the head coach of the Detroit Lions in the offseason.[39]

As the offensive coordinator, Kubiak installed his version of the West Coast offense passing game combined with a zone-blocking scheme that gave way to play-action passes.[40]Under his guidance, the Ravens had their most successful offense in 19 years, with quarterback Joe Flacco and running back Justin Forsett achieving career single-season highs in yards and touchdowns.[41][42] Thanks in part to Kubiak's re-tooling of the offense, the Ravens returned to the playoffs after a one-year absence.[43]

Due to his success in Baltimore, Kubiak became a highly sought-after head coaching candidate, receiving interest from the New York JetsChicago Bears, and San Francisco 49ers. The Ravens made a big push to retain Kubiak as the offensive coordinator for the next season, and Kubiak at first seemed committed to staying in Baltimore.[44] It was not until his friend and former teammate John Elway offered him what he called his "dream job" – a chance to coach his former team, the Denver Broncos – that Kubiak expressed interest in a new head coaching position.
I wouldn't hate it.
I think Denver blocked this or some [BLEEP] like that.

He seems to know how to get the most out QB's at least. So he wouldn't be the worst choice.
Just saw this too...

I'm good with it.
OC seems to be his strong suit.
That would make me EXTREMELY happy.
I was living in Denver back in 90s when Kubes was there. That offense was fantastic. Not sure the NFL allows offensive lineman to dive at the back of defenders knees the way the Broncos line used to. But that zone blocking scheme is deadly when done well. I'd be cool with this.
PLEASE GOD YES
I like
This plus the rumors of a Flacco trade make a lot of sense given Kubiak's time in Baltimore

Hard pass on Flacco, even with Kubiak

It's Jason La Canfora. Don't put too much stake into it. Or any, for that matter.
I'd definitely rather Foles but Flacco is the 2nd best option. A change of scenary I think could be huge for Flacco. He is a SB champ and has never really had a lot of help on offense. What we want to do on offense and with Kubiak fits what we want to do.
