So, I’m struggling logging into my account on my desktop computer (at work). I enter my log in credentials and it just tells me that I have failed to log in and have to wait 15 minutes etc...

After the 15 minutes is up, I have had to request a new password which I’ve entered only to have the same result.. I can’t work out what’s going on?

I can (obviously) access my account via Tapatalk but it’s frustrating because I would like to do so via a desktop PC.. any ideas?

Off the top of my head either IT blocking you or you need to clear your cache.
IT haven’t blocked another forum I use, also I can access the site to start with.. how do I clear my cache to try again?

I'm checking into this, have you tried it on a PC in your home?
i can’t get past the problem of signing in at work.  I find that kind of funny.  I won’t judge, but typically that’s frowned upon by employers.  Also, arent’t You a paramedic?    I sure hope you’re not trying to revive people and asking for the defib-benchbortles.

My bet is like the above post.  You’ve got sites you’re allowed to access and other you don’t.   Try to watch some porn and see if it lets you do that? Smile

Haha I always use my works PC to check the message board when I’m on my break or when we are having some down time.. this is the first time I’ve encountered this issue.. our employers are ok with it as long as we don’t take liberties...

I feel as though porn might be a step too far... let me go take a look, I’ll keep you posted ;-)

You most likely can't clear your cache on a work PC; however, in Chrome look for the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner of the screen.  Left click.  Scroll down to "more tools".  Select "clear browsing data"  In the new screen select "clear cache"  I also clear my browsing data as well.
I've just managed to access it!

Thanks, it worked once I have managed to clear the cache, as suggested.

WOW!  I am amazed.  Security has gotten so bad at my company I bring my personal laptop to work to play on the interwebs.  Which coincidentally is where I am typing this from now.   Wink
Wait. How does this cache clearing thing work again? My wife won't give me access. Maybe it's because she's cleared my cash.

You need to re-boot your wife.
