I highly highly doubt it
I reserve the right to give my real prediction after 3rd pre-season game as usal, but my early early early one is 6-10
Way to early until off-season unfolds. Let's talk after the draft.

The board servers will go up in flames in week #1 if Bortles starts.
I think 9 wins is fair if we have a rookie QB who doesn't completely stink it up. The defense is still scary good(probably not elite) and the O line will be back in tact, with hopefully a few more pieces added to strengthen our obvious depth issue there.
In true optimistic pessimism, I'll say 0-16. That way, I can have something to celebrate, either being right or Jags exceeding expectation.

Are you kidding? The whole city of Jax would burn down
Last year was a fluke. If one would look at our body of work over the past decade, it's a given that we're going to rebound to go 10-6. Players like O'Shaunessey and O'Lambo won't allow this team to lose.
If there are no major changes, I'm predicting a 7-9 season. The division is tough, our schedule looks tough.

The schedule looks very difficult. Our division plays 2 of the most competitive and deep divisions in football with the AFC West and NFC South:
1 must win (Oakland)
1 should win (Tampa...hoping Winston flames out),
at least 3 legit Super Bowl contenders (Chargers, Chiefs, & Saints),
and 3 other teams in the playoff discussion pending injuries or QB issues (Broncos, Panthers, & Falcons).

Combined with 6 tough in-division games, nothing will come easy to the Jags next season.

Raiders a SB contender? No.  Not even after the trade for Brown.

The Chargers?  Absolutely.

I might even put Denver in the mix with that defense.

But not Oakland.

I meant Chargers. Sorry.
6 wins no matter who is at QB. Ramsey is going cry a lot and point fingers with none of the fingers pointing at him.

Well, you can't KNOW how they will do with anything but a guessing, and even after the draft and free agency, it might not be much less of a guess, but as a few have said, just for fun, I like trying to predict.

What we DO know at this point is their schedule, so let's start there.

TN x 2
Indy X 2
Hous x 2

Not only are all 3 div. opponents coming off winning records, ALL appear to be on the upswing. (2 teams went to the playoffs, and TN was very nearly a 3rd) Yes, I know, I know: last year's success is no guarantee of continued success the following season (look no further than the Jags the last two years).   But assuming injuries don't slam anyone, I'm going to predict all 3 div. opponents remain strong and if that's the case, Jags go 3-3 vs them. Could be 4-2 or 2-4. But inner div. appears as tough as any.

@Den. - Usually a tough game at their place. Without knowing their QB who knows. Their D could be tough. I'll call it an L.

KC - Weak D, but what firepower on O. Surprise W.

@ Oak. - Still rebuilding. W.

@ LAC. Still very solid. L.

@ Atl. - Jekyll and Hyde. W.

@ Car. - IDK, will Cam be playing? L.

NO - L.

TB - I am waiting for a breakthrough season at some point, but, W.

Cinci - W

Jets - W.

8-8 on the low side, 9-7 medium, with chance of 10-6, if they offer decent QB play one way or another.

I'm gonna revise to 5-11 on low side. Every single team in div. is a playoff contender now. TN, Hous. and Indy will ALL be able to contend with winning records. Now add in KC, N.O., Rams, @Denver....yikes. It will come down to chemistry, or lack thereof. Hopefully, they learned a little about humility, especially Ramsey, and the way he ran his pie hole last year. I really hope he learned his lesson.

I hope Tom put a sneaker up his rear, but these days, who knows if teams can even discipline players, other than the Pats.
I predict the 'Johnny O" curse will continue......other than that same old....because Jaguars.
Oh and finally The Khan cleans house at the end of the season.
8-8

Lol --- Khan already fired 2 Head Coaches this year under his Fulham FC soccer team.  Luckily, for Tony Khan's sake (the person responsible for putting together that team), he has job security for life.
Damn. I'm not too confident now with our new FA signing. I'm going 7 wins max. And another one bites the dust...
The injuries on the OL last year were unprecedented. No more part-time Home Depot employees playing left tackle next year. That as much as the Foles' signing and a rededicated Fournette will get us back into the playoffs. After that, who knows?
7-9/8-8
8 -8 to 11-5 in that ballpark. Hey it's sunny side up.
