It makes me wonder how other countries do it.

They don't have baseline budgeting.

And they do have American subsidies for their expenses.

I think the main one is, we spend a lot of money “protecting” countries that should be paying more on their own protection.  

Back to the deficits, it is very bad to run deficits this big when unemployment is so low.  Both parties are to blame, but since Trump is the President, he has to take the bulk of the blame.

Back to the deficits, it is very bad to run deficits this big when unemployment is so low.  Both parties are to blame, but since Trump is the President, he has to take the bulk of the blame.

Only 2 ways to fix that; one is impossible and the other political suicide.
