We need to come away from this offseason with 2 new starter acquisitions via FA, trade or draft between C, RG, RT. However they want to do it is fine but if they rely on what was here last year, there is going to be a hole in the line. Personally, I'd like them to sign the RT from Miami and draft a C or G in the first 3 rounds. The other option I kinda like is either signing one of the top 2 C and move Linder back to G.

Nothing besides drafting Richardson and signing Norwell you mean.

Last offseason there were 3 starters that needed to be replaced. They brought in an overpriced guard to fill 1/3 spots and a fourth round draft pick in Richardson that barely played. So as I said, BASICALLY nothing.

In your opinion needed to be replaced, so basically plenty.

Let's see, the other 2 that weren't addressed last year are still a problem so much so that one of the players was released for a mere 6 mil. cap hit for a starting RT. So, it appears that it's a little more than just my opinion.
Will Rich at RG, flowers at RT.. Oline sucked because of injuries, not cuz of lack of talent... We dont even need to draft one unless ford or Taylor drops to 2nd round. Until week 5 last year we were fine

It would be great if Richardson can start effectively at one of those spots on the right side, but it’s going to likely be a competition between him and a couple of guys not on the roster yet. I just don’t think they’ve got a full evaluation on him yet so they’ll be forced to acquire a contingency plan.

Not drafting a RT/RG prospect prior to round four in this draft would be a severe error IMO.

Flowers would undoubtedly be a downgrade from Parnell at RT from my perspective and I’d consider him as depth only.

Could not disagree with you more. You may want to look at the stats from the first 5 games and see how fine the Jags really were. The only thing the Jags had offensively was BB. In 3 of the first 5 he threw for 375 or more yards and was second leading rusher in 4 of the 5. TJ averaged 51.6 yds a game BB 33.2. Now, you can say oh he's our backup, but I say that he was also our starter at one point so shouldn't be so bad. Also, does anyone really expect LF to actually play an entire season?

Yes! NYC, you are so right.
E. Flowers only signed a 1 year deal and should be a FA unless I missed a new contract. At the moment if Sportrac is correct, the only OL that are on the Roster are T- Robinson, Richardson & Dermott, G- Norwell & Thomas, C- Linder. You really don't want to draft an Olineman with only these 6 on the roster? Seriously? That Oline doesn't seem too scary on the right side at all.
We are boosting expectations because we are desperate for help at OLINE right now. I wouldn’t expect much from Richardson, but it sure would be nice to see him develop into a solid player and possible starter.

I’ve seen very little regarding positive evaluation on Richardson, but I did see one evaluator that’s very keen on him starting at RT:

Not so sure about his guesswork on Harrison playing FS, though.  I figured the Jags had Harrison penciled in at SS, though he clearly gives them some ability to disguise and be versatile back there.
We can only hope the injured O-Linemen are back at full speed for training camp. Linder is a fine lineman, but has missed a lot of games with injuries. Would drafting an OG/C be out of the question?

I think it's pretty safe to assume that this team will surely draft an OG in this draft. I don't think anybody would be surprised with 2 OL players being drafted. We'll have a better idea in a couple days, but they'll likely let Cann walk in FA, so RG must be addressed for sure. They need somebody to compete with Richardson at RT as well.
