Yes -- I'd say we should vote after 8 hours for any of the remaining 3rd round picks.
If we move on to the fourth round - we'll bump it up to 4 hours. (or less if we agree on a number)

I think everyone should create a big board of 10-20 picks. If they don't respond in the allotted time, they draft the top player remaining on their board. If no one remains on their board, then we vote.
