Joey Bosa didn't know Jacksonville was on the coast
I seen that during the interview when he came here. He doesnt seem the brightest himself. He went to Ohio State though so that doesn't surprise me. That wasnt the only think though, go look watch some of his other interviews

Basically what I'm saying is I don't think how they sound in interviews matters at all.

Except for Quinnen Williams or Ed Oliver.
If those two are on the board, we should trade down.

But that's probably why I'm not a GM lol
And that's how the Jags ended up passing on Big Ben.
Quinnen is an elite prospect and potentially the best player in this draft. If he falls to #7, you run to the podium. Then you fill in your draft after even though you weren't planning on taking him.
Round 1- Q
Round 2- Risner
Round 3- Knox
Round 3B- Moreau
You can't, because you don't have enough draft picks, now.
Getting Quinnen Williams at 7 would be an insane steal, please think logically people.

So would Oliver, he is just as good imo with a higher upside

Dunno about higher upside unless you're going purely off physical tools. Both have top 5 DT upside to me but Quinnen is more of a sure thing

So, are you cutting Taven Bryan? He's playing the 3 technique. Where are you playing Williams? Are you cutting our best pass rusher in Calais Campbell and installing Williams at 5 technique? Williams just doesn't make sense to me. We drafted a 3 technique last year and Campbell is still our best pass rusher.

Lmao.
Man, if you can't find a spot on your team for Quinnen Williams you shouldn't draft anyone. Williams would start ahead of any of our tackles at either spot.

He wouldn't start over Dareus. Williams is good but Dareus was just as good or better when he was coming out as well

Dareus isn't Dareus of old. Still an effective player but who he was as a prospect shouldn't be part of the decision.
Quinnens arguably the best player in the whole draft. He'd be on the field

Dareus is still a beast and one of the better DTs in the league. I don't see any rookie coming in and moving over him on the depth chart
Darues just turned 29 a couple days ago. Campbell just had his 2 best years at 31 and 32. Dareus still might have his best days ahead of him. He seems to enjoy it here and finding his groove again

What?! Dareus has his best days ahead of him? Dawg. You're reaching so hard right now.
Q is arguably the best player in this whole draft. Who cares about Taven or Dareus? Q and Taven could co-exist on the Dline just like Suh and Donald. Henderson and Stroud. Cox and Malik.
Say the Jags draft Taylor over Q and Q ends up being an All-Pro (which is not unlikely at all). Would you rather have an All-Pro DT or a solid RT?
Am I crazy to think the jags can afford to wait til later rounds to draft oline? RG and RT arent set but Richardson is an unknown and we signed the Bengal bust, Ogobogo (sp.lol). I can see depth being an issue but its very unlikely we are hit with oline injuries as bad as last year. CAM NORWELL LINDER SHATLEY RICHARDSON doesn't sound bad at all.. If a top Ot drops to the 3rd then I'm all for it. Id like Hockenson at 7 unless Oliver drops and WR 2nd .. Grier in the 3rd sounds about right..

Dareus will never have a season as good as he had in 2014, his best days are well are truly behind him.
But he is still effective , just think every single team in the league could do with a Quinnen Williams

You would of been that guy that said the same thing about Campbell a few years back. Or when Curtis Martin led the league in rushing at 32. Yiu ain't no psychic and have no clue what kind of season Dareus will have this year.

Calais has been consistently great for years..
I'll bet Dareus doesn't have a year like 2014 if you want

CC has been good but his last 2 years, at 31 and 32 have been the best of his career and I dont think that's debatable. I'm sure he would even admit it

I'm not comparing him to Dareus but it's not crazy to think Dareus could still have his best year if he is 100%. He doenst have to have a 10 sack year to have his best season. His job is different than it was in 2014.
If he is a big part of our SB run he could very well have his best season yet. You act like hes washed up lol. He hasn't even hit 30, battled a few injuries, hes finally happy as to were he is. I see Dareus having a monster year and Bryan will be a huge help. You are the same guy that thought they guy we cut is better so there is that

Quinnen is not a NT for one and I'm not saying he isn't better than Taven Bryan. He is, but it would make the front office look incredibly stupid if they drafted a 3 technique in the first round, 2 years in a row. You'd basically be saying we wasted last year's first round pick. I don't see the front office making such a move.

Neither. I want a potential All-Pro TE in Hockenson.
