The "twit" that posted the tweet in the OP is the one spreading fake news.  In the twit's tweet he says that money from the gofundme "has been diverted to pay for a yacht" while the article he cites as his source states money may have been diverted for the yacht.  Of course the "article" that is cited as the source of the twit's tweet used an anonymous source for their "facts".
