That would all but guarantee Myles Garrett second to San Fran.

 

That has been a popular spot for Solomon Thomas. 

 

If Chicago passes on Thomas, does he then become the likely pick for the Jaguars?

I think they try to trade back up to get him after taking Garrett first overall.

Hopefully they feel the need to get in front of the NYJ and trade up to 4.
