He wont be there at 35.

I don't see Cam going top 20.
If Lamp goes early than Camp probably is gone, but if Lamp makes it to the late 20s with Cam still on the board... there's a decent chance Cam makes it to #35. That would be his floor as the Jaguars are not passing on him at #35.

Trubisky
McCaffrey

Caldwells all like, "He's a rich mans Toby Gerhart. We had to get him." Laughing Laughing Laughing

Later tonight I'd cry in a corner with Pirky. Only he'd be crying tears of Joy! Sad

A shocker pick at #4 that really could happen...

Mahomes

Christian Mccaffrey

Quote:So would staying put and just taking Robinson at #35... and yes he might actually be there.

Though I projected Forrest Lamp to be available at # 35, I never anticipated Cam Robinson being available anywhere in the 2nd Round. The Jaguars should be in great position to address their O-Line situation if that's the direction they want to go in.

Where I missed it is that I thought Cam falling was dependent on Lamp going late 20s. Lamp didn't go either... wow. You nailed it on Lamp being there, but who knew we'd both be right.

BTW, you sure called on the Jarrard Davis vs Reuben Foster thing.

A number of surprises in Round 1 for sure. The biggest for me being the Bears trading up for a QB and paying a premium price to do so.

I'm thrilled that the Lions took Jarrad Davis over Reuben Foster. The difference in football character between the 2 players is much greater than any differences in natural ability.

The bottom line for the Jaguars is the team might have a dream scenario in being able to choose between the two Offensive Lineman, with Dan Feeney as another option.
