Just caught some of this live. Calais is a very upbeat guy, so most of his comments were of that nature.
On Quincy Williams - "Early to know if he's the guy we need him to be, but he's running with the ones and I see him correcting mistakes. That's a good sign."
On Ngakoue - "I know he wants to be here... I'm still king of the hill, but he's the guy that's coming for me... think he's going to have a really big year."
On Allen - "Hungry, soaking up information.... understands the pressure of being a 1st round pick... doing all the right things"
I'll post the video when it's up.
I sincerely hope that Williams catches on quickly to the point that he's not thinking, just reacting. Flying around and making plays.

Going to suck the day he leaves here. One of the few FA pick-up's we've had in years that I'll miss.
I forgot to list it in the OP but Campbell also gave some accolades to Myles Jack concerning him making the leap from "young guy learning" to "veteran player."

Honestly, I've been HARD on Jack this off season due to my personal beliefs w/respect to him being the man in the middle. I will digress until there's 2019 evidence of such lack of play. It's to the point to which we really need him to step up and solidify our LBing corp. Myles, we need you and I'm not too proud to say it.
Time Will Tell.

Yeah, exactly. You want your guys to attack, not react. I know you said react but I know you get what I mean

He is about to settle in as our best LB.

It sounds like you have a love/hate relationship with Myles.
He's our best linebacker now, with the potential to be one of the best in franchise history.
And he WAS NOT down.

When you read the bolded part while intoxicated it looks like a completely different sentence.

Hence his "love/hate" relationship status.
Sigh, I'm losing what little touch I had.

I read it
this way.
To be honest, 2018 made it easy for all Jags fans to be a little hard on the Jack.
