I don't know what kind of upbringing his fans have to think that is acceptable behavior.

Tell me more about the dignity of the office.

My standard for Presidential behavior is quite a bit higher than Bill Clinton.  I hope yours is, too.

Yeah I noticed when I brought up past events from our dignified office(s) of gov't.... crickets...

Anywho....

People (especially left leaners, but certainly right leaners as well) love to criticize politicians when people in their party have done some of the same or way worse

But I didn't call anyone deplorable.
That said, if you think someone called you deplorable, and your response is to embrace it... Maybe you really were deplorable all along?
If someone called me deplorable, I would just tell them that they're wrong because they don't know me.

I don't think I was talking to you unless that account is another of your alts? Of course you're a NeverTrumper so you don't think they were talking about you even though they were.

Your second line is a really good question for you to ask an African-American about the evolution and use of the so called N word. I'm sure the lesson for you would be swift and memorable.
Rep. Cummings' house in Baltimore was burgled. It's almost like it's a rat and crime infested hell hole or something. Almost.

https://baltimore.cbslocal.com/2019/08/0...ngs-house/

"Baltimore Police are investigating after the home of Rep. Elijah Cummings was broken into early Saturday morning.

The burglary occurred around 3:40 a.m. at his Baltimore home in the 2000 block of Madison Avenue."

Sadly for Democrats and the Media (BIRM), the event occurred several hours before Trump called him out on Twitter, so they can't legitimately blame the President for this occurrence. That probably won't stop them from illegitimately blaming him for it though.
Anyone who has visited or lived in Baltimore since the 70s (or even perhaps earlier) knows it's a craphole and and absolutely nothing's been done to fix it.

Just like every neighborhood that has been left to rot.

Some work hard enough to leave, but never come back.

Others are satisfied getting rich off making promises that are never kept.

Few, if any, roll up their sleeves and get to work.
Is Baltimore's murder rate really higher than the worst in the Western hemisphere?

Yes!

Yes!

not really informative to compare one city to an entire country that has both urban and rural areas...
It would be much more meaningful to compare one city to another city.

Can you specifically state where he was "directing insults at people" in this case?

What part of "No human being would want to live there" does not insult the human beings who live there?

  1. ‘Want’. You’re assuming all residents want to be there
  2. If someone wanted to live in such a place, what’s it really say about them?
  3. Insulting the area is not insulting the residents
  4. You’re assuming the area is 100% (insert whatever race you want), therefore a dig at inserted race
  5. The residents do have opportunities to better themselves to not be in such a [BLEEP] hole.
  6. I like you, I really do, but you and a few other posters tend to lean toward a stance that anything against  (insert race of choice) is bad.  Can anyone say anything bad, even if true, about “minority” people without getting criticized and labeled? If it’s a [BLEEP] hole place, it’s a [BLEEP] hole place.
  7. [BLEEP] hole places- not race specific.  Many places are [BLEEP] hole places even if not resided by a minority race.
  8. Can we stop race carding every damn thing?
  9. With all the race carding, do you really think progress is being made? Or do you think it’s actually having a reverse affect?
  10. Sometimes, I believe that some races are trying to entice a race war.  How is that any different than that fool Charles Manson?

What makes you think that the people that do live there want to live there?  I would bet that 99% of people that live in that area would rather live elsewhere.

So 99% of people who live in Baltimore don’t want to live there?

Hahaha spoken like someone who has never been there. Like I said, I have many friends who CHOOSE to live there.

Actually I have been there... many times.  West Baltimore is pretty much a [BLEEP] hole.  Not all areas of Baltimore are bad, just the district that Elijah Cummings "represents".  He meantime rails on the "poor conditions" of facilities holding illegal aliens.

Choose to live in Baltimore or in the 7th District Cummings represents?

Inside the city limits? I have lots of friends and family there who live in Baltimore, but they actually live in the surrounding counties.

Even in the city limits there are good areas of Baltimore, but the taxes are much higher.
