Sadly for Democrats and the Media (BIRM), the event occurred several hours before Trump called him out on Twitter, so they can't legitimately blame the President for this occurrence. That probably won't stop them from illegitimately blaming him for it though.
Anyone who has visited or lived in Baltimore since the 70s (or even perhaps earlier) knows it's a craphole and and absolutely nothing's been done to fix it.
Just like every neighborhood that has been left to rot.
Some work hard enough to leave, but never come back.
Others are satisfied getting rich off making promises that are never kept.
Few, if any, roll up their sleeves and get to work.

Actually I have been there... many times. West Baltimore is pretty much a [BLEEP] hole. Not all areas of Baltimore are bad, just the district that Elijah Cummings "represents". He meantime rails on the "poor conditions" of facilities holding
illegal aliens.
